Books
I'd recommend checking out Ben Stoeger's books. Consider starting with Baseline Dryfire, a quick overview of the essentials, or Practical Shooting Training, which lays out training plans for new, intermediate, and advanced shooters. Add in a couple of scaled dry-fire targets and you're ready to go!

- Practical Shooting Training: A training system with four progressive levels, each offering tailored skills, standards, and dry-/live-fire drills.
- Adaptive Rifle: A guide to training and shooting an AR-15 with an unmagnified optic.
- Dryfire Reloaded: A dry-fire training manual packed with dry-fire drills and progressions for practical pistol competitors.
- Skills & Drills Reloaded: A complete live-fire resource featuring proven drills, standards, and efficient training regimens for practical shooting.
- Practical Pistol Reloaded: A technical deep-dive into pistol fundamentals: grip, stance, draws, transitions, and stage breakdown.
- Breakthrough Marksmanship: A troubleshooting guide that diagnoses common mistakes through target feedback and provides fixes via targeted drills.
- Match Mentality: A focused look at the mental preparation, pressure management, and competitive mindset needed to perform in matches.
- Mind Gym: A classic sports psychology guide offering practical mental techniques for performing your best under pressure.
