FedEx indicated that someone signed for my camera around 0930 on Tuesday morning, but I no word yet on a service order number. I called Nikon this afternoon, and they can't do anything until I've received one. This is rather troubling since I have a wedding on 15 November and indicated this fact on the ticket. The service lady suggested that I call back as soon as I receive a service order number and they'll expedite the repair.
